Bangladeshi church threatened with destruction

Bangladeshi authorities have threatened to destroy a church building under construction because they fear the presence of a larger structure will lead to massive numbers of conversions. Muslims continue to lobby for its complete destruction and threaten violence against parishioners.
Pray that many will indeed come to faith through the witness of this congregation. Ask the Lord to watch over believers and their new building. "At the same time, pray also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word."
